Urban Colouring part 1

Urban Coloring is a dream-come-true project and it features my unique shopfront drawings along with their colored versions. 

From shopfronts and pubs to office buildings and tearooms, add color to the beautiful and detailed illustrations that make every building charming and enchanting. The thick paper (200 gr) allows you to work with many different coloring materials in the book and the pages come out easily, so you can frame your work or gift it.

Internationally published

The Urban Colouring book is available in various editions. Publishers from France, Japan, South-Korea, Germany, Sweden and the United States have adapted the cover, but not the content.

Merci pour cette bonne idée de livre de coloriage pour aquarelle cela permet de mieux appréhender la colorisation aquarelle et expérimenter des mélanges de couleurs. J’avais pris quelques dessins sur Etsy mais il fallait les décalquer sur un papier adapté un peu long…

    Maar mijn vraag is of het nu echt geschikt is voor aquarel?
    Want wanneer ik aquarelpotloden gebruik en met water bewerk dan krijg ik allemaal van die ‘papierbolletjes’.
    En ik gebruik niet veel water.

    Hoi Carola,
    Ik gebruik aquarelverf en dat werkt goed. Ik heb helaas geen ervaring met aquarelpotloden en vind het jammer dat dat niet lukt bij jou. Het papier zou geschikt moeten zijn voor veel materialen omdat het dik genoeg is.. Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat je er misschien te vaak overheen gaat? Ik merk zelf dat als ik aquarelverf gebruik, het ook in één streek goed moet zijn en niet te corrigeren valt zoals bij ‘echt’ aquarelpapier met een tissue. Hoop dat dit werkt?
